Prior to the S&P Global acquisition, Ron was the head of business development and regulatory SME at Cappitech. Ron is an ongoing contributor to regulatory focused content the Global Regulatory Reporting Solutions team publishes and presents and leverages his over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. He was also awarded the Editor’s Recognition Award for Best RegTech Vendor Professional in the RegTech Insight Europe Awards 2021.

Amit Joshi is responsible for Technology within S&P Global's Network and Regulatory Solutions organization. He has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry dealing with the design, architecture and delivery of complex platforms and solutions for a variety of domains such as loan, trading systems, commercial insurance. He has worked on the cloud transformation and building next generation services. Amit previously led the technology for Markit Trade Manager, Loans Settlement, Markit Document Exchange. He is passionate about technology and is interested in emerging technologies such as machine learning, cloud, AI. He is a staunch supporter of open source as a member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, FinOS. Prior to joining SPGI MI, Amit worked at multiple startups building and running technology, and operations teams from scratch. Early in his career he worked at Dow Jones and Tullet & Tokyo building Trading Systems. He was an undergraduate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, did graduate work at Princeton University in Aerospace, and an MBA in Finance from Stern School of Business, NYU.
