Ron is a Business Development Director at Global Regulatory Reporting Solutions and specializes in Regulatory and Technology subjects of EMIR, MIFIR, MAS OTC reporting, SFTR, and ASIC derivative reporting. Prior to IHS Markit, Ron was the head of business development and regulatory SME at Cappitech (acquired by IHS Markit, January 2021). Ron is an ongoing contributor to regulatory focused content the Global Regulatory Reporting Solutions team publishes and presents and leverages his over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. He was also awarded the Editor’s Recognition Award for Best RegTech Vendor Professional in the RegTech Insight Europe Awards 2021.

Zach Johnson joined Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) in 2015 from Kinetic Partners. As a result of Duff & Phelps’ acquisition of Kinetic Partners, Duff & Phelps created a dedicated Compliance and Regulatory Consulting practice. Zach is a Director in the Regulatory Consulting team and has over 20 years of experience working in the Financial Services sector across various roles in compliance and professional services. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2010, Zach was Head of Compliance Monitoring at UBS Wealth Management. Prior to UBS, Zach worked within the FCA’s Transaction Monitoring Unit. At Duff & Phelps, Zach has managed an extensive range of MiFID I & MiFID II Transaction Reporting reviews, consulting assignments and remediation projects for clients across various investment firms including asset managers, investment banks, wealth management firms, brokers, inter-dealer brokers and CFD/spread betting firms.
