Ron specializes in Regulatory and Technology subjects such as EMIR, MIFIR, MAS OTC reporting, SFTR, and ASIC derivative reporting. Prior to the S&P Global acquisition, Ron was the head of business development and regulatory SME at Cappitech. Ron is an ongoing contributor to regulatory focused content the Global Regulatory Reporting Solutions team publishes and presents and leverages his over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. He was also awarded the Editor’s Recognition Award for Best RegTech Vendor Professional in the RegTech Insight Europe Awards 2021.

Ayelet manages a team that is responsible for building a strong product offering, and providing customers with a world class experience – throughout their partnership with us. Ayelet has over 15 years of experience in process improvement, operations and project management at international companies. Prior to joining Cappitech, she served as VP Global Program Management for a European acquiring bank, and before that held various strategic operations planning positions in global semiconductor companies. Ayelet holds a B.Sc. (cum laude) in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
